Muffin performed at Mayrics, Espana, Manila last thursday night (sept 4) delivering 6 original compositions to a delightful crowd. Of three bands scheduled to perform that night, Muffin was first to take the center stage. They opened the night with the dreammy pop ‘Come Home’ that took the audience floating to a different world, beating up towards the end with heavy strings and crunchy guitars.
Muffin also performed a barrage mix of love songs and funky upbeat rhythms. Some lyrics cuts thru the heart that the audience cannot miss reacting. The blend of ruel’s guitars and sam’s keyboards took the audience into a different plane as they continuously throw each other intricate riffs on each songs. Mon’s beats pounded on the chests of the audience which took them beating along the rhythms. Nolit’s basslines didnt fail to support the emotional delivery of wayne’s vocals.
With superb performance, the crowd cant wait to watch the next gig of muffin.

Catch a glimpse of Muffin’s music as they will open the show for the night at Mayrics in espana, manila on September 4, 2008 (thursday). Muffin will be performing at least five of their original compositions which will be included in their upcoming album. The show starts at 9pm and Muffin will be the first to take the stage so be sure to come early. The night will also showcase other upcoming and popular bands of manila.
